                                              The verification of medical documents service provided by the SLMC to the public has been subjected to the following changes due to the prevailing COVID situation. 

                                                  1. One day service will not be available until further notice.

                                                 2.  The applicants must hand over the documents, and the required payment slip to the SLMC office between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm.

                                                  3. The verified copies will be made available within five working days with prior notice (SMS).

                                                                The Sri Lanka Medical Council has taken steps to provide limited essential services to the public in this COVID -19 pandemic period.
 
                                                                A limited no of officers are assigned for duties daily.
 
                                                                Please be informed that it is essential to obtain an appointment through the website or by phone to meet officials of the SLMC.
