Apply for the first time Dietitian with the SLMC. Should holds a certificate of proficiency as a Dietitian issued by the College Council.
Apply for ID Card
Apply for your Dietitian identity card, required as proof of registration when practicing at healthcare institutions in Sri Lanka.
Apply for Certificate of Extract of Registration
If your original First Registration Certificate has been lost, you may request an official extract of your First Registration from the SLMC.
