The verification of medical documents service provided by the SLMC to the public has been subjected to the following changes due to the prevailing COVID situation. 

                                                  1. One day service will not be available until further notice.

                                                 2.  The applicants must hand over the documents, and the required payment slip to the SLMC office between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm.

                                                  3. The verified copies will be made available within five working days with prior notice (SMS).
